No bonuses.. no profit sharing, no stock due to privatly held. It appears compensation is based off a formula not performance. Pay a annunal bonus. Pay people what they are worth..

No Bonuses... undervalued pay. outdated PTO system for how many days you can keep on the book's. No opportunity to buy back unused PTO although AEVEX keeps charging the customer as part of the our benefits package in our rates..

This is a relatively small company and some positions have very experienced people in them. I understand being paid by position is the norm but when you have people with years of experience that are paid per position it does not encourage people to stay. Also, the lack of bonuses is a negative
