The overall experience has been good. The continued education benefit is good but there is no progression despite continued inquires and opportunities to work towards it. I have discussed PM opportunities over 3 yrs now. 5 PMs on my contract in that.time. I'm never given opportunities to over all.

I've held many positions across different contracts and I believe the company has great improved with the growth since the merger. I unfortunately wasn't aligned with opportunities for a career change from technical to business management roles. The company afforded opportunities and roles to learn.

The PTO and health benefits. Deployment completion bonuses are also great since the pay deployed isn't ideal on my current contract.

External team to the company but a good and passionate team. The management/leadership team within Aevex is effective and easy to communicate with. They are always available.

Availability for the employee needs since we are in separate locations. I'm the only Aevex employee in the office but we have commodore through team events such as potlucks.

I appreciate the increased PTO a few years ago following a "Ask me anything" with the CEO. PTO was brought to light as a topic and adjusted which really promotes a work/ life balance.

The team I work with is a customer and I am the only AEVEX employee in my office. Interesting with military, government civilians, and contractors from other companies are easy to work with overall.

The commitment to individual and team needs. I think overall they care about individuals and understand our goals but work to align as a team as well. Sometimes opportunities just aren't always attainable in timelines we hope for.

I appreciate the communication of my previous PM. The new PM doesn't communicate often and more check-ins would be helpful to understand employee motivations and goals since we are geographically dispersed. The overall leadership is informative on major changes but projects only at surface level.

This applies to the customer I work since I am the only AEVEX employee. The culture is flexible to the situation. We are professional, but there is a good sense of humor mixed in. We are empowered to change and improve processes and are not micromanaged.
