So far its been a fantastic experience and I can see where we have issues but I also see management's path forward/solution on how to handle them

I enjoy my job, but lately the environment has become very negative and skeptical. The leadership is not rewarding hard work and there's no accountability for poor quality work or workers. So at the end of the day, whats really pushing me to work harder?

We have really lost the overall positive culture and environment here at TS. The changes are understandable, but the overall mood has soured with very little care to try and fix it from leadership
