I like working with my teammates, we get to do our engineering jobs as well as support testing directly. Top leadership communicates well and explains when there are hiccups. Immediate manager has some issues and lacks leadership skills due to inexperience.

Communication on what is coming and expectations. We seem to only communicate achievements after they happen and then furlongs. Those are the only times we have communications from top leadership.
