It has been good for many years, however, over the past 2 years, the extreme # of turnover, the lack of ownership at corporate level with our owners has been very frustrating.

In the last few years the culture has taken a nose dive. Teamwork is poor. Leadership quality has reduced. Choice has made it known that not always the best candidate will get the promotion. Internal positions, promotions or transfers are highly political.

Wildly Important Goals arent set with team input. Whole premise of a WIG goal is to get input from the team driving that goal prior to the goal being set. Teamwork is poor. Leaders dont lead by example.

Annual merit increases are poor and average around 3%. This increase never seems to match how you performed that year. I've asked for a detailed explanation and no one can ever give one. Choice does not give cost of living adjustments.

The communication from our managers boss is erratic, not clear, runs fire drills, and cutting of any perks is demoralizng and frustrating when we see so much other wasted $$ many of us are working filling multiple positions because of the hiring pause & won't receive any additional compensation
