Rewarding, and have learnt a lot, especially early stages. Perhaps we have become a bit too bureaucratic and political. Are we "resting on old laurels" or really invested in making the hard/complex decisions to push on? Still proud of the way we have navigated the pandemic.

We've been tested during the pandemic, but MW culture has been the glue that bonds us. More inclusiveness initiatives in play (Women in Tech, D&I, Slack coffee meet, etc.)

- When my efforts to help progress the company aren't getting lost in bureaucracy - When I work closely with my immediate team - When we do not focus overly on numbers but more so on people and customers, and how we can add value there - Good communications vertically and laterally
