Meltwater has been a great place to come out of college and learn instantly. Seeing the company grow has been nice, CA was a bit of a grind, CS seems to fit me a bit more. Enjoyed the transparent leadership and ownership of your pipe/leads. Lacks structure and sales methodologies

New leadership team seems to be more transparent, has to be now being public, but much more transparent about all levels of the company. Also just seem to truly care.

I think living in NYC the base sizes could be bigger to retain talent. Feel like it's a easy pitch for recruiters to say come do the same thing but for more money elsewhere.
