First impression when I joined the company was great then the more you experience, the more disappointment I have. Turn over are great but there is no appropriate structures comparing to company size. Also there are a lot of inexperienced young people who are in senior manager/MD positions.

Act same as you would tell other parties about how the company is nice. Consider all different perspectives rather than only focusing on revenue

They would better to work on more balanced management rather than focusing on sales and revenues. They should be more responsive when it comes non-sales responsibilities.

Benefits should share equally through out the company globally. At the moment, nobody knows what benefits there are and who is eligible for. No proper policies in certain areas, therefore it happens as approved by someone in higher position which doesn't seem like knowing/considering all effects.
