I think Meltwater has hit a turning point in the last 1-1.5 years for the better. We started getting back to what makes us so great and that's the people. I only wish the comp plan and salary were more competitive, especially given the competition in the tech SaaS industry.

I like that executive leadership is high-energy and adaptable to any changes that get thrown our way. I also like that they operate with modern perspectives.

Everyone's super young and super fun. We all hang out together outside of work and have each others backs and are genuine friends outside of the workplace

I think definitely the people are what makes a company, and I love my coworkers. I think sometimes executive leadership needs to set clearer goals and display some more consistency when it comes to operating the different offices across the country.

I think MW definitely needs to pay more competitively. We lose out on such amazing talent simply because of this. I also think our sales compensation plan could be improved. It's too complicated and it's silly to me we don't get paid on every single dollar we sell.
