
I don't know what i would do to improve the process
Communication and Organization. Giving employees the support and means to succeed.
My Coworkers. We help and support one another to get the job done.
Remember your employees and managers have lives outside of work and be conscious of that when building a schedual. Respect goes both ways but managers are the back bone of everything and need to set a better example. Standards need to be put in place and followed.
Our store opened almost 10 months ago and we NEVER had a TEAM meeting. Bringing back Team Meetings would help. Our GM needs better communication. He will start saying something to you then either say Never Mind and walk a way or say nothing and walk away in mid sentence. We need a strong leader.
