
I get paid, that's about it.
Pay isn't bad generally, but would prefer a raise based upon performance, instead of non-guaranteed bonus.
Charter hires poor performers generally. There are a few that are good, but those are the exceptions.
The hire experts who know their jobs better than they do. Mgmt is there to help their experts, not the other way around so that the Mgmt gets their bonus.
Mgmt needs to listen to the experts they hire. Mgmt incententive should not be based upon stupid goals set by upper mgmt that doesn't understand their jobs. They should be given incentive based upon finding and retaining talent that has a proven track record.
