The hourly pay is decent. The benefits are good. Medical/dental/vision, holiday/PTO time, free or discounted services, and tuition reimbursement are all competitive. 401k contribution match is higher than average.

Customer service is not a focus. Sales are the only focus. Speed and making sales, no matter what it takes, are rewarded- usually to the detriment of other employees and customers. Training is severely lacking. Support is severely lacking. Favoritism and inconsistency are constant.
