There is no work/life balance, and work environment is hostile. Favoritism and nepotism are rampant. Promotions and pay is not based how good a worker you are, but if you brown-nose enough and are a "Yes" man/woman. Minorities are not valued.

Thinking is based upon old white-men mentality, very old-school. CEO claims Charter is not a technology company. They pay well, but do not recognize good work, and force good workers to work harder, and poor workers they exonerate and promote. During paid vacation you are expected to work.

I was able to speak with the Director afterward about work-life balance and healthy work environment. He spoke for 45 minutes on the topic. Five days after I started he said the expectation was to bring my laptop and work phone with me on vacation. He also had me take a quiz on Charter infrastructur
