Everything. They need to bring back the leadership training courses.
Local managment needs to able to make local policy that makes sense for each area.
Coworkers are fine, not allowed to help each other. Need a better description of what our job is.
They can give anywhere from 2% to 5%. They dont tell you what you'll be scored on until the year is over. I have gotten "exceeds expectations" which is a 4, on every category, which should be a 4% raise, but i only get 2%. The same as someone who gets 2s on their review.
