I was hired right at the start of the pandemic and it was hard to connect and bond with my team, but it's getting better. Our "smaller" culture is what I treasure, and the sense that we are all working hard, together. Annual profit sharing is not transparent and could be done better and more evenly.

TA is wonderful in many ways. There are ways that it is influenced in a morale-depressing way from the parent company, including policies that are not logical or safe during a pandemic or promoting a healthy and productive work/life balance.

Really the overall optimism. Here at TA I feel the team and personal bonding through the last difficult year was driven by a sense of getting through this stronger. Culture is HOW YOU FEEL AS A HUMAN BEING at work, NOT the free snacks. I cannot stress that enough.
