Low-Road Capitalism. Managers steal bonus from hard workers as they leave early almost every day. U-Haul requires 6 days a week 8-10+ hour days for Manager's. Their pay scale and ideology is work to go homeless while the CEO and other executives get free company housing and 100k Yukon's. Lol

They don't even give real interviews. They don't even discuss wages with you. If you can work and you are desperate for money. They want you!!!!

I pretty much already stated what's going on. I've been there around 4 years and been through 3 Managers and the turn over rate is second to none.

Get rid of the CEO and the also the favoritism and nepotism. Provide your good workers with a livable wage. Stop abusing the less fortunate. Protect your investment by investing in those who up hold your investment.

Working more then almost every boss. Livable wage would be nice since I work almost 110+ hours a week. Actual bonuses that aren't being stolen by General Managers. If the company isn't going to invest in its employees it should at least invest in its properties
