Having clear goals and the tools to achieve them.
Everyone works well together. We all contribute to the best of our ability and share good ideas. We disagree constructively and can debate issues in a way that lets us find the best solution.
Please stop making misogynistic statements on company channels. You need to be more transparent about pay structure. Raises should keep up with inflation, at the bare minimum (less than that is a pay cut, and your excuses don't fool us).
Not sure. My company was acquired within the last year, and a lot of the culture seems to come from HR announcements. New execs in my department seem friendly and are trying to get to know everyone, though, which is nice.
I achieved all my goals and get consistently good reviews from my manager, yet my raise does not keep up with inflation and as such is functionally a pay cut. A real raise that keeps up with inflation would make me feel better about my compensation.
