too much meaningless "compliance" work with a dinosaur "core" tech, often results in poor people deeper into debt - comes with the industry. Look to Bitcoin for innovative ways to add value - despite declining regulatory risks.
1) Streamline work processes so there's fewer middlemen (or middle-teams), so no one is too many hops away from customer interactions & feedback. 2) Take the time to iterate on documentation and training, - would temp. reduce productivity but good for the long term & reduce frustration.
