The delaying of raises feels due to creative accounting, and the lack of communication does not inspire confidence.
We enthusiastically support each other and understand the pressures placed on us by living in these crazy times. We excel in cross-training and lifting each other up.
We are a small but dedicated team within the company that gets along well and seems to never have much conflict. It's a major reason for why I remain.
Disconnection between what I love about my team and the feeling that our entire department could be replaced by offshoring at any moment. Paid poorly compared to similar roles elsewhere. Technology I need to do my job well is unsustainably weak and under-supported.
Demonstrate leadership and support employees living in states that are losing their rights. Other companies have been vocal about assisting their people financially to move to safer states or travel to receive healthcare. Given the tenor from ETL up to now, I'm not optimistic.
So far, they have not scaled back on DE&I and the welcoming culture that values us all regardless of our identity, and I applaud this. If they backtrack, I will be much less inclined to stay and invest myself and my talents in the company.
