I've had nothing but positive experiences here at Alkami. It's been 2.5 years and I still enjoy my job.

I've really enjoyed working here thus far and I think that the company is only getting better. I love that they make you feel valued. The coworkers I've interacted with for the most part are easily willing to help and answer questions and we are able to work together to find a solution.

It's been great and the time has flown by. Many things have changes but the people remain the best part of the company.

I like the open communication policy. I know I can always ask or voice my concerns to my Manager and Director.

Although it's a little low percentage wise, I do appreciate that we have some kind of 401k match. I also like our stock options.

We are focused on making the company better but also like to have a good time doing it. There isn't any finger pointing. It's more of a collaborative environment.

I like that the company makes an effort to keep their employees happy and connected. I love not only the diversity in the company but the celebrations of everyone's cultures.

I love that everyone of them are always ready to help without hesitation. They get slammed with work all the time and it's a thankless job but they are always on top of it.

For the most part, the team chemistry is very good. We're able to give ideas and input without anyone getting defensive and we collaborate very well. They're also always willing to help when someone doesn't understand something or is in a bind.

I like that the company tries to do things so employees can come together (i.e Wonderful Wednesdays, Hackathon, etc.). I like that we have a channel for all announcements that not only provides company updates but also celebrates our diverse cultures and lifestyles.
