Hands down the best company I've worked for in my 35 year IT career.
They treat the employees well.
Seem to have a good vision for the company
Some of the technically sharpest people I've ever worked with.
The collaboration and willingness to jump in and help in any/every situation.
Everyone seems to be willing to work together and help each other, even between departments, etc.
Finally figuring out and solving a tough troubleshooting issue I've been working on for a while.
Without a doubt, the largest percentage of the most talented and intelligent colleagues I've ever worked with in our area of expertise.
The times I finally figure out a previously unseen and particularly difficult to diagnose issue I've been troubleshooting. Also being able to quickly help others finally resolve a troubleshooting issue they have been struggling with.
Very flexible and open, non-regimented, vacation time. Makes me feel respected and trusted. And in turn I don't violate that respect and trust by abusing it, in fact I probably take less than I with a regimented system where I'd be inclined to use up every little bit of it.
"unlimited" PTO Although, truth be told, I probably actually take less PTO than if we had a standard corporate fixed allocation PTO plan. But I appreciate the respect it shows to the employees, as well the flexibility and discretion it gives to the managers for unusual situations.
