Leadership provide more 1:1 meetings with their employees and career goal plans such as 30, 60, 90 day goals for their employees
CXG services team are all overworked and not being valued or compensated with leadership team. Also, Benefits package needs better fertility services to their employees before deductible is met
Leadership does not do well providing support to team members defining the roles of their employees and providing support when employees is seeking help to walk them thru tough situation
