most of the corporately sponsored culture things are kinda nonsensical tbh. our great culture historically had come from bringing people together, the implementation team grinding it out in a launch room to get a client live, this is largely a lost art now
there is a group of highly tenured individuals who are very in tune with the needs of the business and how to get things done. working with these people is great and very productive. when we can get people together for a happy hour in person, the vibes are immaculate
