I like my experience overall here. I have been at much worse places prior to this. That being said, the culture has shifted a lot in the last year. I think we are getting ready to be acquired and I'm just hoping it is by a good company that doesn't do major layoffs. Overall, I am happy here.
Really like the company overall. I wish there were career paths & levels + a clear description of what each level provides. How people get promoted is unclear. In general, I'm really glad I landed at Alkami and as long as there is a path towards advancement, I see myself being here for a while!
The people I work with are fantastic!
ESPP - nice look back window
Employee Stock Purchase Plan is the best part.
Friendly and easy to work with.
Friendly & fun to work w/
All of them are approachable.
The ESPP is really good!
Friendly employees & good work-life-balance.
Everyone seems really aligned to the success of the company.
Transparent, open and encourages us to test & learn. I also feel enabled to do my best.
I like being able to have freedom to do my job and the fact that I am not micro-managed.
We had a really great culture prior to the newest acquisition. I still see flickers of it, but the culture has changed.
We are enabled to do our best and be who we are at work - I love this! Also, flexibility & trust.
I am unsure if this is referring to the leadership team of my specific team in the org or the company leadership team. In general, the C-level leader of my org is great. I am unsure of the new leadership C-level team that has been put in place and the culture it is bringing to the company.
