Ive had a lot of opportunities for advancement. I have learned so many systems and have had fun solving complex issues in new ways. I love the people I work with in many departments. It has been challenging and a lot of work and a lot is asked of you at times but all of these things lead to growth

Learning new things, finding new ways to resolve problems and working with the coworkers on my team.

I like the pay which is top end for my particular job position and because I am now eligible for KEIP bonus

Just being with my coworkers and getting to talk to them. I also love challenges where I can freely think and propose my ideas to resolve problems without fear.

I love the open communication about what our corporate objects and goals are as well as the ability to talk to approach them and talk to them like just a normal person

They are clear with the vision and goals for our department. We know the direction we are going and what will be expected of us in order to get there. Leadership also cares about individual progress and growth.

I feel like I have known them for much longer than I actually have. We can talk about deep things but also make each other laugh which can make the day seem like you spent it with friends

The way everyone just comes as they are and no matter the background or life experience I feel I am treated with respect and dignity and that I am among friends or people I feel i can trust

They are always willing to learn and expand their knowledge. We take care of each other and assist when any of us have issues. I have a team I can trust to have my back whenever it is needed.

I like the fast pace and ability to learn countless systems that is hard to find at other companies ive worked at. There is always something changing and this gives us the ability to learn a lot in short amount of time. I like challenges and the ability to find creative ways to deal with them.
