My experience has been good, although challenging at times. It has been 2 years but I feel we have the leadership support we need and are progressing. It feels like change is slow but we've come far and that is easy to forget. Alkami offers a great work life balance, which I truly appreciate.
In my experience the leadership team has been accessible and supportive.
I feel like we have an experienced group who is able to solve problems quickly.
RSU's. It is a great way to retain employee's and keep them invested in the right things.
In my role they are generally accessible when needed. That is not always the case in many org's.
I like the unlimited PTO, not having to track time or sick days. I appreciate the ability to just manage my time, workload, and team as needed.
It's a very optimistic environment and focused on positive results. I feel our leadership does a good job of keeping the messaging focused on the right things.
Success, however that is defined. Our team has gotten steady compliments from our internal stakeholders and that brings the most satisfactions. We've built a team that does its job well.
Seeing improvements that may have taken a long time or lots of effort to implement. Things are getting better, but it sometimes hard to see that in the thick of it all.
The freedom to manage my time and workload, and overall there is a positive, solid culture across the org. Even with difficult or contentious things almost everyone is constructive and approaches things with good intent.
My team has a lot of freedom to do our jobs. That cuts both ways and can create challenges, but overall we get to make decisions as we see fit and have had leadership support when needed.
