Once in a lifetime opportunity! I am looking to grow within Alkami and retire from Alkami. I feel like it is my forever home!

I believe in what we're doing. As someone who spent 11-years in the banking world prior to joining the technology side of the house I truly believe what we're doing matters and will make a difference in not only the FI's world but in the end users world too!

The salary and PTO. It allows us to give everything we have at work because the salary they provide us is best in industry and allows us to live a good life, while the unlimited PTO allows for us to still have family time and spend time with out love ones. True work/life balance.

That we are more like a family. Everyone shows up and give it their best. Everyone steps in to assist and help each other. It is a complete judgement free zone. I am not afraid to ask the questions I don't know. It fosters an environment that lets us continue to learn and grow.

That they just don't promote the culture they actually live it. It starts from the CEO Alex and the founder Stephon and goes all the way down to the newest hire in the company. We do great things by doing things the right way and by always putting our clients and employees first.

Very knowledgable and transparent and easy to reach. They make it a point to spend time with the entire company. They live, eat, sleep, and breathe our culture and it is easy to witness that. They lead by example. I have never worked for a company that has leaders like this ever before in my career.

Coming from many years of working in the financial industry and directly in the banks that we serve, I can first hand say that we are truly doing something amazing here. I feel like I am helping out to a much greater good than one single person can do. We are on the cusps of something amazing!
