Working at Alkami is amazing. The people are fantastic and that's a mirror of the executive team.

I think the quarterly commissions are very fair and set up well.

Reiterating my previous comment, everyone is always willing to jump in and help resolve client questions/issues and push one another to be the best we can be in our role.

There's one goal for the company and everyone is striving to achieve it. In that pursuit, everyone is very kind and willing to help or step in, in anyway that's needed.

Everyone I've worked with at Alkami really enjoys their job and being at the company. It's refreshing to see in this large of an organization and makes working here that much more special.
