They seem to ensure that our core values are part of every meeting. They are also very clear about why they are making the decisions they are and what the long-term goal of that decision was that led to it.
For my job duties, I like feeling like I make an impact and that I am able to solve problems for our clients. Personally, I enjoy the flexibility of setting my schedule to my needs by controlling my calendar with my clients.
In our area, we are truly a team. We support each other and have fun, and I feel that someone will be there to help me if I need something. I don't feel like a silo that has to figure it out on my own.
Remote work is the most important thing to me, and the way that this is supported top-down is nice and different from my prior employers. I also like the level of transparency in the environment. Unless it is something that truly should not be shared, we are given the whys behind decisions.
