my team is made up of great people, that I would actually hang out with outside of work. They all give their best to our work and are always ready to lend a helping hand!

When things fail or go wrong, we don't find someone to blame, we find the system or process that needs to be updated so those issues don't happen again. Working in a blameless culture allows me to be innovative and push harder knowing that when I truly do my best, no one will blame me for issues.
