There is a lack of urgency and ability to prioritize what is important with some coworkers.
I believe that (for the most part) people care about one another on a personal level.
We are currently working through some leadership changes that is causing a bit of dysfunction that makes my role difficult to execute. I expect this to be worked through over time as roles are more clearly established.
