I enjoy most of my coworkers and what I do. The culture has changed recently but I don't think it's a permanent change. We're just in a period of transition.
Our leadership team is open to feedback, they are focused on driving Alkami forward but not at the expense of its people, and they seem to genuinely care about our culture.

I don't feel undervalued but due to the budget constraints when my role was created, I'm not paid where the scale HR uses says I should be. Therefore it is difficult for me to hire people at the right level because their pay would pass or be too close to mine.
