HR continually attempts to create a culture for remote employees
All interested in supporting their teams and are empathetic and advocate directly for them.
This year they came with a simple, transparent plan which helps team members to focus on five things across the company, rather than unlimited number of goals.
My compensation hasn't kept up with the market based on new hires. As Alkami has reduced costs by going 100% remote, no longer providing lunches, annual Christmas party, etc.., I'm not confident that savings has gone to investing in the employees, but instead into other areas.
