challenging/rewarding, great people to work with and never boring!
I made what I consider the best personal and professional decision of my life for me and my family to come and work for Alkami. Through all the pros/cons of an employer, this is a place that I want to be at for a long time and I've found the right seat on the bus within the organization.
Best decision personally and professionally to come and work at Alkami. Great people, fun customers (for the most part), challenging and rewarding work with a really good work-life balance.
Comparing to other organizations and the amount of "boomerang" employees who end up coming back, I continue to find that it's one of the most challenging and rewarding places to be employed and I'm grateful for the opportunity over the years.
Flexibility and work-hard, have fun, accomplish tasks/goasl.
I think the ESPP is great alongside the 401K.
I like that there is many ways to voice feedback
The openness to hearing out concerns and acting on those concerns when possible
I like that they're willing to take feedback from everyone within the organization.
Successful project implementations with little to no hurdles. Gratitude and Recognition of efforts.
I think the KEIP bonus program is great and the overall salary compensation for the most part.
The open mindedness and variety of perspectives of people. The people are amazing to work with.
completing quality work, and providing the needs to those that depend on me for answers or direction given my role
I think the salary is very competitive as well as the key employee incentive bonus program depending on your role and tenure, etc.
I think the pay is very competitive and fair considering the long hours and weekends it takes to succeed in the role I'm in.
I've always felt like they're willing to listen, take feedback, and consider making changes based on the feedback and/or provide an informative response in regards to the feedback.
I think the salary is competitive and keeps me here as well as the KEIP Program and RSUs. I think these are fantastic opportunities we have as Alkamists.
It really is a team, people are great to work with for the most part, everyone is trying to pitch in to make things be a success and everyone brings something unique to the table.
The upbeat positivity and common goals we often share and even when different departments aren't quite aligned on process conflicts... there's typically a genuine effort to figure out how both sides can come to an agreement.
I like the feeling of providing an output or result that directly impacts the success of others and for the most part, I try to make sure the work I do has the ability to do that for others.
We all have each others' backs. We are pretty open and transparent and enjoy working and collaborating with one another. I stayed at Alkami many years ago to be part of this current team and still really love it and am glad of my decision.
I appreciate the flexibility and the work hard play hard mentality. We are professional, and produce great outputs, however, at the end of the day, we're all just normal people and not stuck-up corporate suit and tie people. The work-life balance is great.
The current team I work on is a group of Alkami SMEs with years of experience. I love learning and interacting with different folks that have different backgrounds both personally and professionally to work on a mutual task as it relates to Alkami and our customers
I love the flexibility and trust to be able to get your work done, when you can within reasonable expectations while all at the same time it being pretty challenging work. The level of collaboration is second to none despite all the changes over the years
Completing tasks, seeing my personal contributions help someone else accomplish their tasks as well as how certain things play into the larger puzzle we are all working on. Of course, the acknowledgement or recognition is always great too, but seeing how your work impacts others is better.
My current team has recently changed and is rather new, however, in general cross-functionally and the broader "team(s)" I work with all have a common goal and are generally willing to help one another and recognize the challenges we all face. I have found Alkami has a tight-knit group of trust
I like helping others solve problems and given my tenure and tribal knowledge I feel like a pretty valuable resource most any given day, regardless of whether it necessarily falls within my actual job role day to day. I find this with others as well, everyone seems willing to do the right thing.
Accountability and Ownership of assigned tasks or projects. There rarely is a need to follow up on things, the work just gets done and it's refreshing to be able to approach my team members with "How can I help you today?" instead of "Here's a list of things I need from you" sort of routine.
