
I have historically loved being a part of this organization. I grew quickly, and was compensated well. However in last 6-9 months specifically, the new team has done a lot of damage in the eyes of the employees and customers. No feedback from leadership, and no vision for the future....or next week

Transparent and effective feedback. Has been instrumental in my growth within the company.
Boost each other up. Help each other when someone is struggling. brainstorm new sales ideas.
I enjoy the rush of meeting customers and closing deals. I enjoy working with my team, and climbing the leaderboard.
I believe my current compensation made sense when I was hired due to experience level. However, I believe my current added value to the position and to the company no longer reflects my current compensation.
The new leadership team seem to treat employees like a line item on a spreadsheet. They do not care about growing each of their employees. Employees are vastly underpaid compared to our competitors. There does not seem to be any forethought before making big changes.
It very much seems that the new leadership is treating employees and customers like names on a dashboard, not actual people. Two of core beliefs are Think customer and succeed together....does NOT seem to be the case for this leadership team. Seems they are lining things up to sell the company......
