quota setting is unreachable which i feel company doesnt want to pay commission to staff and want staff to leave. but beginning of year, company video said quota should be reachable clearly
to make sustainable company system, which includes fix high turnover rate, understand difference of region feature and do more flexible way to manage product/price and invest more for high quality of product
friendly environment is important and good but also lots of people not focus working hard and just relaxing. company should lay off such people to boost revenue and avoid stupid expense. and should make better salary for people who work hard and generate revenue for company
HR overpromised during interview, even me and my team doing very well, everyone said so, but never reached the amount they said during interview. current commission system cant boost company revenue and for renewals, quote setting is insane, if we focus reach quote, cant reach inmonth after half yr
