My renewals team in APAC is the best, I love every individual, they are all so energetic and dynamic, coming in from different backgrounds and putting in effort for the same collective goal.

People are always here to listen regardless which team you are from or which position you are in, but I would say I would appreciate if our advice is taken seriously and if some positive changes are made, sometimes it feels like its pushed under the rug.

I have had no salary hikes in 2 years, and not only I, but in the renewals team, we do not seem to have this conversation openly with management. There is no clarity whether we will have the hikes or not. Sometimes, it is not even about compensation, there is just lack of appreciation and credit.
