Many Cuda legacy employees are slow to change and have adopted negative behaviors from their past experiences. They can be distrustful, overly concerned with CYA and quick to assign blame to others. They have been burned in the past and will do whatever they can to avoid a repeat.
Appreciate there have been lots of recent changes in our ELT, with a focus on upleveling talent & bringing in fresh perspectives. Joe B is excellent. I appreciate that the ELT seems ready to seek feedback and improve by any means. It feels like Cuda is becoming more mature & less startup.
