Interviewers took the time to fully understand what type of job and responsibilities I was seeking. They clearly explained what I would be doing and the company structure.
I can't say there is anything positive or negative about the culture. Lots of new hires and lots of turn over so a culture is not well defined. The environment is good with the exception of too many Trumpers.
As with many large companies. Individual contribution and talents can go unrecognized. Managers seldom communicate with employees to fully understand the scope of their abilities. Discussions at performance reviews are regimented. The company needs more managers willing to engage with the employees.
