
Compared to similar roles at similar companies both within the industry and in other industries, our pay and benefits are on the low side. I would be more satisfied if compensation was better and raises were more in line with the amount of extra effort I put in daily.
We need to change the culture here at Bell, move into the current way of doing business (i.e. fully remote options, better compensation) to attract and keep top talent. Our biggest issue right now is poor executive management leading to a lack of a modern mindset, thus leading to lesser talent.
