Well, some are just fine- others phone it in, and the problems caused by those half-efforts are left to the competent folks to sort out. In general, lack of a sense of urgency, no follow-through, and poor work ethic need to improve.
The leadership team seems lost. and many have demonstrated that they personally cannot actually drive down (accurately) to the very same metrics they hold us accountable to. its this same lack of competence that has led to many other issues with morale amongst FLLs.
