I come to work to enable our customers to be successful. I don't come to work to attend b-day parties or support an ever-growing list of charities.
Only time I have met or exceeded inflation is when I have been identified as a top performer. Even then, taxes or benefit cost increase eats away at that gain.
Not sure, Bell has moved to attract younger work force. Fully understand why technology skill improvement, lower compensation, but they are hiring people who do not have a passion for aviation. I witness too many people wanting to make an impact who don't want to understand the industry.
