Within our program our SVP passes alot of information to the masses in an open forum.
That we have a Vortex group that actually tries finally. Amazing that we didn't have that before when most of our revenue comes from military contracts.
Compared to other competitors in our sector we are low balled from being hired on and it keeps going throughout our career. Recruiting/HR penetration rating means more then fairly paid employees. That's why there so much turnover. Then the company will surge their starting salaries over current
