
The existence of Employee Resource Groups at the company is greatly appealing to me. It drives employee engagement, facilitates networking, and offers fun events on the normal day-to-day.
The leadership team largely changed in 2023 and it feels like there is a different culture at Bell now. Listening to those with less empowered voices should be worked on.
Some teams just mesh better than others. I am on a smaller team but that also means we won't have as many events outside of work to help the team bond as well as bigger programs.
