Everyone wants to learn, grow, and succeed both indivdually and as a team. The energy is infectious (in a good way).

Everyone is willing to collaborate with each other, which is great when someone has an emergency and needs to take unexpected time off.

I was given the highest salary that was posted for the position, and appreciated the ability to quickly be promoted for long-term success here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am impressed by the care the CEO and other leaders take when sharing internal memos about holidays and sensitive topics, and the support they give to our ERGs.
