Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

My boss refuses to define goals for us which makes it impossible to have objective evidence of my performance. My ratings are 100% subjective and the target is unknown.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Some of the people are nice.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

care more about impact and results than awards.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The lack of accountability is both a negative and positive at times.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

People fail up at Epiq and fail to negotiate or look past their silos.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

My leadership team fails to reply to emails and messages, nor do they help resolve escalations sent to them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

a local health plan that no local doctor or facility wants to contract with, resulting in yearlong delays in gynecological care.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Accept that people grow and learn and change. Stop expecting people to sit in roles for 5+ years without growth. Stop telling us to do more with less.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The medical groups that accept the local plus plan are rated 2.5 stars. The primary medical groups have not renewed with Cigna local plus making it difficult to secure adequate medical care.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Organizational restructuring on what seems a quarterly basis forcing people into roles they never intended to be in. Very little control or autonomy of career path. Stop treating people like pawns.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My boss does not read emails but will reply anyway. She replies to things saying, "[Name] is assigned" and when I ask for clarity she admits to not having read the email and she cannot articulate what she assigned me to. Others have said that our team is confusing/ frustrating and I agree with them
