The medical groups that accept the local plus plan are rated 2.5 stars. The primary medical groups have not renewed with Cigna local plus making it difficult to secure adequate medical care.
Organizational restructuring on what seems a quarterly basis forcing people into roles they never intended to be in. Very little control or autonomy of career path. Stop treating people like pawns.
My boss does not read emails but will reply anyway. She replies to things saying, "[Name] is assigned" and when I ask for clarity she admits to not having read the email and she cannot articulate what she assigned me to. Others have said that our team is confusing/ frustrating and I agree with them
