Teamwork less nagging from bosses about time
Teamwork is needed not competition
Be available to staff when we need to resolve an issue directly, not through email.
They are all scared to speak up about the problems that go on
that's management's job, not mine. You can't fix anything with incompetent managers coming and going. Along with frustrated staff coming and going as well. I'm dizzy from all the folks that have come and gone

It is not my coworkers it is management playing favorites. Allowing 3 coworkers to do absolutely nothing and do as they please.

Attitude, respect. Accountability. Professionalism. In 3 weeks there was one meeting which was only because the district manager was coming to the property.

Actually have work meetings. Equal pay. Equality in general. Don't treat someone else better because they've been here longer. Or you worked with them at a different job treat everyone fairly..do your job. Don't argue and make excuses. do it. Work as a team. Not being petty to purposely make it hard
