Overall wonderful. Company happiness is consistently very positive, individual project happiness varies, but is generally positive. Love the people I work with.

Constant request for feedback and desire to improve the organization. Invest highly in people and culture. Focus on outcomes.

The intangibles, including flexible work schedule, unlimited vacation, sabbatical option. Base salary, medical benefits, and wellness stipend also great. Nice options for 401K plan.

Salary and medical are great. For me personally, more so it's the intangibles that are fantastic such as 100% remote, flexible schedule, unlimited PTO.

Learning new skills/growing professionally, creative work and producing tangible artifacts, autonomy, flexibility, solving creative and impactful problems, working on fulfilling projects, working with an exceptional team.

In general people at the company are not only smart, but humble, respectful, enthusiastic, and generally wonderful human beings. Folks are always looking to see how they can improve.

Desire for feedback, willingness to listen to and act upon said feedback, respect for others, supportive environment when people need help personally or professionally, desire to help others be their best self and to work on projects that are a good fit.
