That's a tricky question to answer yes or no. GH compensation is based on monthly KPI's that get you to an overall industry standard figure. Problem with that is 2 fold. 1.It varies one year to the next, so your salary can fluctuate immensely. 2. Cash flow, not knowing when you will get that money
