I like that our leadership team understands that they're not perfect - even when mistakes are made, it feels like they're always actively trying to improve, and are open to all forms of feedback.
It's a very collaborative, open culture - everyone has input, no idea is a bad one, and whether you're a manager or cleaning the kitchen, people want to hear how YOU'D improve the company.
Our team is really close knit and communicative. While I feel that the company on a whole is hiring a bit young and entitled, I truly enjoy the people I work with directly every day. Very sharp, very engaged.
Like any job, some days are great, some days aren't. Most days, I'm neutral about going to work - sure, I'd rather stay at home and play with the dog, but I don't have the feeling of impending doom that I have at past jobs. And it does feel like we're constantly working to improve.
